Hello, Im not sure if this is the correct way to contact you. My friend and I are travelling in Asia and have been recommended by a friend to visit Wat Umong and spend 10 days meditating. Our friend has been to Wat Umong and said it was one of the best experiences ofhis life and said we were suitable to take part.
We are two British girls, both 22 and respectful. We are interested in meditation and the Buddhism way of life and would like to spend 10 days at the retreat.
Would it be possible to email a few days before our arrival to say we are coming? Or do we turn up on the day?
Thank you very much, my email address is - lornagribbin[-at-]hotmail[-dt-]co[-dt-]uk

Thanks again, Lorna and Amber
